Shipping Policy

Infamously E products are made to order. Each item is produced after your order is placed.

Production time. Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays. Production may take longer during major launches, holidays, high order volume, supply disruptions, severe weather or carrier interruptions.

Transit time. After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive in approximately 3–7 additional business days. Production time and transit time are separate. Delivery dates shown at checkout, in tracking, or by a carrier are estimates.

Shipping cost. Standard U.S. shipping is $8.00 per order. Orders of $110 or more ship free. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship from and to. Orders are printed and shipped by our production partner in Las Vegas, Nevada. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Tracking. When tracking becomes available it is attached to your order and sent to the email used at checkout.

Delays. If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, we will notify you and, where required, give you the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund.

Address accuracy. Please enter a complete, accurate address. Contact us right away if you find an error; changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun. If a package is returned because of an incorrect customer-provided address, additional shipping or reproduction charges may apply.
